Year In Review Highlights

Special shout out to Austin Lord for our AMAZING New Year's photos.

2016 highlights

Here are the 2016 highlights! Thanks for checking them out and for making this year one that neither Catherine nor I will soon forget.

New Music

I started the year off collaborating with my brother to release an EP. We call ourselves Father Hands and the EP Damage of Love. From the recording to the release, this project not only challenged us, but also provided inspiration for the year that followed.

The music provides a glimpse into the ups and downs of relationships, telling the story of love and loss and love again. I’d be honored if you gave it a listen.

Alpha USA

Alpha has been a long-standing client of mine, and I love the opportunity to collaborate with the team both in the United States and around the world.

A few of my favorite Alpha projects this year have been:

Questions of Life - I redesigned the covers of Nicky Gumbel's bestselling book series (millions sold).

Alpha Life magazine - My photos were featured in the Exploring Life edition.

WELD

Though I am glad I get to work with people from all around the world, since moving to Nashville, it’s been cool having clients in my own neighborhood. The city is full of a contagious creative energy, and I just love living here.

One of my favorite bits of Nashville has been being a part of WELD, a coworking space filled with other like-minded creatives all sharing the belief that we create better together. Through my relationships here, I have done just that: created better with them.

Cause A Scene

Cause A Scene is another Nashville based community I got to work with this year. They create incredible experiences by connecting indie bands with non-traditional venues and was even named one of Business Insider's 50 Coolest New Businesses in America in 2015.

I branded and marketed their first ever nationwide tour.

Fleurie music video

As you probably know, Nashville is filled with some of the best musicians in the US. So when I got the opportunity to co-write and art direct a video for musical artist, Fleurie, I was ecstatic. From creating the storyboards to helping our actors get the best out of themselves, it quickly became one of my favorite projects to date.

Fruition Salon

The last client project I want to highlight was a fun mashup of all the best things: photography, logo and web design. I loved working with Fruition salon, a hair salon situated in a historic building on Belmont Blvd, to rebuild their brand.

And speaking of photography, if you follow Catherine or I on social media, you know by now that I can’t help but take pictures of Phoenix and Catherine all the time. We’ve had an active year full of lots of adventure, the great anticipation for the birth of our little guy and the purchase of our new home.

Here are some photos from our year together including our California trip and the birth of our son.

Thanks for reading!

You are the best. It's truly an honor knowing and collaborating with all of you. I'm so excited for the projects and adventures that await us in 2017!
